Partner Agreement

A clinic counts as yours when it signs up using your link.
Each clinic belongs to one partner only.
You don't earn from a clinic you own or work at, or one that uses your email or payout account.
If we credited a clinic to the wrong partner by mistake, we'll fix it and tell you why.

14% of what each clinic pays us for trisha.app, every month it pays. That includes any locations it adds on top of its plan.
For example, a clinic on our Clinic plan pays ₱1,299 a month, so you earn ₱182 a month from it.
If a clinic changes plans or adds locations, or our prices change, what you earn changes with it. Texts a clinic pays for beyond its plan don't count.
A one-time ₱2,200 bonus in the clinic's 3rd paying month.
One bonus per business, matched by owner, TIN, mobile or email.
What you earn in a clinic's first 3 paying months stays below what it pays us.
An unpaid or refunded month earns nothing.

Rates are the same for every partner.
Our rates are new. As we learn how the business is doing, we'll adjust them, up or down, to keep them fair and the program running.
We'll tell you at least 30 days before a new rate starts.
A new rate counts from the month it starts. What you've already earned never changes.

Your own clinics earn you 100%.
A team member gets their share (30–70%). The team lead gets the rest.
Team members join by a team lead's signed invite. It's for one person and lasts 3 days.
To change the share, both must sign within 3 days. It starts next month.

A team member can leave any time. Only trisha.app can remove them. The team lead can't.
Clinics stay with the team. Both keep earning on them for 6 more months, then nobody does.
A team member who left can join another team, starting with no clinics.
