These terms are the agreement between you and trisha.app when you use trisha.app or any clinic, salon or spa website on it. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreeing to these terms
By signing in, booking, or listing a clinic, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use trisha.app for a clinic, you agree for the clinic too, and confirm you may do so. If you don't agree, please don't use trisha.app.
trisha.app is operated by trisha.app, Philippines.
2. What trisha.app is
trisha.app gives clinics, salons and spas ("clinics") in the Philippines their own website at <clinic>.trisha.app, with online appointments, a scheduler, intake forms, client charts, invoices and online payments. Each clinic provides its own services. trisha.app is not a clinic, does not employ its practitioners, and is not a party to the care or service between a clinic and its clients.
3. Accounts
- You sign in with a Google account. Keep it secure: what happens through your account is your responsibility.
- You must be at least 18 to have an account. A parent or guardian books for a child.
- Give true information, and keep your contact details up to date.
- Clients can also book without an account.
4. Booking as a client
- An appointment is with the clinic, not with trisha.app. The clinic confirms it, may move or cancel it, and is responsible for the service.
- Each clinic sets its own rules: how far ahead you can book, how late you can cancel online, and any reservation fee. They are shown before you book.
- A reservation fee is paid when you book, and it is refunded or kept by the rules shown to you at the time. Cancelling before the clinic's cutoff refunds it. If the clinic cancels, it is always refunded.
- Please give the clinic true intake answers. They rely on them to care for you safely.
- Questions about a service, its price or its result go to the clinic. We will help you reach them if you need it.
5. Running a clinic
If you list or run a clinic on trisha.app, the clinic:
- Holds every licence, permit and registration its services need, and its practitioners are qualified and, where required, licensed.
- Keeps what it shows on its site true: services, prices, practitioners, hours and policies.
- Honours its appointments, its cancellation and refund rules, and the prices it showed.
- Is the personal information controller for its clients' information, and follows the Data Privacy Act: collects only what it needs, uses it only for the client's care, keeps its team's access appropriate, and answers clients who ask to see, correct or delete their information.
- Keeps its own records as the law requires, such as medical records and official receipts.
- Is responsible for the people it adds to its team, and removes them when they leave.
By using trisha.app, a clinic instructs trisha.app to process its clients' information on its behalf to run its site and services, as described in our Privacy Policy. trisha.app reviews new clinics before their site goes live and may decline one.
To help a clinic, trisha.app's staff may open its admin, or sign in as one of its users. They only do so to support the clinic, and each time is recorded.
6. Paying a clinic
- Clients pay the clinic directly: in cash at the clinic, or to the clinic's own GCash, Maya or bank QR. trisha.app never receives, holds or sends this money. It keeps the clinic's record of each payment.
- A clinic takes payments to its own QR only after its owner signs trisha.app's payment agreement, and only with QRs trisha.app has checked. The clinic's owner is responsible for keeping its QRs correct and current.
- A reservation fee paid to a clinic's QR holds the appointment while the clinic checks it arrived, for up to 2 hours. If the clinic can't confirm it by then, the time is let go.
- Refunds are the clinic's to make, from its own account, the way the clinic's rules say. trisha.app can't refund a payment to a clinic, and a disagreement about one is between the client and the clinic.
- Clients who paid online through trisha.app before 10 October 2026 are refunded the way they paid, through PayMongo, which can take from a day (e-wallets) up to 30 days (cards).
7. Plans and fees
Every clinic starts on the free plan, which has limits on practitioners and monthly appointments and takes cash only. Paid plans lift those limits for a monthly fee, shown before you subscribe. We will give at least 30 days' notice before changing a price you pay. Fees are in Philippine pesos and include taxes where the law requires.
8. Your content
What you add to trisha.app (text, photos, logos, forms, notes and files) stays yours. You let trisha.app store, show and copy it only as needed to run and show your site and services. You confirm you have the right to everything you upload, including photos of people.
trisha.app's software, design and brand are ours, and these terms don't give you rights to them.
9. Acceptable use
Don't use trisha.app to:
- Break the law, or offer services you aren't allowed to provide.
- Make false appointments, or post false or misleading information.
- Collect other people's information without a lawful reason, or use it for anything other than their care.
- Send spam, harass anyone, or upload harmful, offensive or infringing content.
- Get into accounts, clinics or data that aren't yours, or test, probe or overload our systems.
- Copy, resell or rebuild trisha.app.
10. Not medical advice
trisha.app is a tool for running appointments and records. It gives no medical, health or beauty advice, and nothing in it replaces a professional's judgment. In an emergency, go to the nearest hospital or call 911.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep trisha.app running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for maintenance or for reasons we can't control. We may change, add or remove features. We will tell clinics in advance of changes that significantly affect them, and update these terms and their date when they change. Using trisha.app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Suspension and closing
- You can stop using trisha.app at any time. A clinic can ask us to close its site.
- We may suspend or close an account or a clinic that breaks these terms or the law, or puts others at risk. Unless it's urgent or the law forbids it, we will tell you why first.
- When a clinic closes, we pay out what it is owed, give it a copy of its records on request, and then delete or keep them as our Privacy Policy describes.
13. Warranties and liability
trisha.app is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, and we are not responsible for a clinic's services, its practitioners, or what it does with its clients' information.
As far as the law allows, trisha.app is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data. Our total liability to a clinic is limited to the fees it paid trisha.app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Philippine law, including for fraud or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.
A clinic is responsible for claims that come from its services, its content, or how it uses its clients' information, and will cover trisha.app's losses from them.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Please write to us first so we can try to settle a dispute in good faith. If we can't within 30 days, it may be brought before the proper courts of the Philippines.
