We pay you through BDO, BPI, GCash, Maya or another account.
You get 14% of what each paying clinic pays us, every month it pays, plus a one-time ₱2,200 bonus in its 3rd paying month. On our Clinic plan (₱1,299 a month) that's ₱182 a month, and ₱4,384 from one clinic in its first year if it pays every month. Bigger plans and added locations earn more. Team members share this with their team lead. Rates may be adjusted as we learn how the business is doing, with 30 days' notice.
Clinics that sign up through your link and pay for a plan. If they opened another partner's link first, that partner gets the credit for 60 days. Clinics you own, work at, or that use your email or payout account don't count.
Your team lead offers you a share (30–70%), and you both sign it. Either of you can propose a new share. Once you both sign, it starts the next month. If you leave, your clinics stay with the team. You both earn on them for 6 more months, then neither does.
Once a month. For each month you earn, you get a statement and we pay it to your bank or e-wallet.
